HOW LONG HAVE YOU BEEN IN THE CONSTRUCTION BUSINESS?
Hennie Bothma Constructions has been building homes in the Helderberg and Overberg Areas area for more than 25 years.

ARE YOU PART OF ANY BUILDING ASSOCIATIONS?
Yes in South Africa it is a law to be part of the NHBRC (National Home Builders Registration Council) if you are a home builder. The NHBRC is a home building regulator body.

WHAT TYPES OF HOMES DO YOU BUILD?
We build custom homes of our client’s choosing. They can be single or multi-story plans, of any type materials. We use quality materials so your home will look still prestigious years from now. We specialise in building New Homes from foundation to completion as well as Home Renovations.

WHERE DO YOU BUILD?
Most of our customers come from the Helderberg and Overberg Areas including the towns of Hermanus, Onrus, Vermont, Gansbaai, Grabouw, Pringle Bay, Betty’s Bay, Rooi Els, Kleinmond, Somerset West, Strand, Gordons Bay & Stellenbosch.

When working with Hennie Bothma Constructions you are covered by the fact that all materials are SABS approved and the installers offer full and comprehensive guarantees.

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO BUILD A HOUSE?
As a custom builder, we tailor each house to its buyer. As such, some are priced in a moderate range while others are designed with luxury home buyers in mind. This results in a wide range of pricing that we can identify for you after an initial consultation.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO BUILD A HOUSE?
Depending on the home, our minimum schedule starts at 90 days and is extended from there for large or complicated designs or other special considerations such as site preparation or weather conditions. The average home takes 4 to 5 months.

DO YOU BUILD ONLY SELECT PLANS OR CAN I BRING MY OWN?
If you have a plan in mind, feel free to bring it along with you. It will give us a good idea of what you are looking for in you new custom home. Also, we have recommend an architect or draughtsman.
